All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

In case of high order volume or unexpected delays (such as stock verification or supplier issues), we will contact you via email or phone.

We currently ship to all locations within India. For international shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability and estimated cost.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.


5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund as applicable.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. RDX Auto Customs is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Undeliverable Packages & Re-Shipments

If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect shipping details, we will contact you for address verification. Re-shipping fees will apply for re-dispatching the product.


7. Shipping of Oversized or Fragile Items

Some products, such as large body kits, bumpers, or fragile custom parts, may require special packaging or handling. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases, which will be communicated during the checkout or post-order phase.


8. In-Store Pickup

We currently do not offer in-store pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at the time of checkout.
